Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is hiring a Flagger in Lincolnton, NC to manage traffic control at active worksites. You’ll use hand signals and paddles to guide vehicles and pedestrians, set up signs and cones, and perform related construction tasks under supervision.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED or relevant work experience.
• Valid State driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Previous flagging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Control traffic in and around active worksites with hand signs and paddles.
• Prepare flags, cones, signs and markers.
• Perform general construction work under direction of Foreman or Supervisor as needed.
• Ddrive safely and follow company safe driving policies.
• Follow local, state and federal DOT guidelines.
• Clean and maintain all company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
