Responsibilities include preparing flags and markers, performing general construction tasks under supervision, and complying with DOT guidelines. The role offers weekly pay, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid State driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Control traffic in and around active worksites with hand signs and paddles.
• Prepare flags, cones, signs and markers.
• Perform general construction work under direction of Foreman or Supervisor as needed.
• Drive safely and follow company safe driving policies.
• Follow local, state and federal DOT guidelines.
• Clean and maintain all company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
