Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in a similar role preferred.
• ATSSA Flagging certification; company willing to certify in-house.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety focus across all job functions.
• Coordinate traffic flow using signals, signs, and plans.
• Assist in day-to-day work zone setup, maintenance, and teardown.
• Communicate with customers and team members.
• Keep equipment organized and in good working order.
• Understand work zone setup and flagging responsibilities.
• Provide high-quality customer service and ensure on-time arrival.
• Drive company trucks as needed.
