City Rise Traffic is seeking a Traffic Control Lead for California job sites, including Fresno area. The role involves supervising traffic control crews, implementing work-zone plans, and ensuring safety and compliance.

The pay is hourly, non-exempt, full-time, with a salary range of $40.71 to $50.90 per hour. Ideal candidates have LIUNA membership, Caltrans MUTCD knowledge, ATSSA certifications, and a proven leadership record.

Qualifications

• Must have LIUNA membership with journey person classification and applicable CBA.
• Knowledge of Caltrans MUTCD and ability to read/understand traffic control plans and permits.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Valid CA driver’s license with clean record and insurability.
• ATSSA certifications and OSHA 10/30 are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the traffic control work crew on site.
• Develop knowledge of work zone setup and professional traffic control duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service with on-time arrival and well managed work zones.
• Implement Traffic Plans and Permits and conduct daily Job Hazard Analysis.
• Maintain onsite client contact and ensure safety compliance.
• Lead safety training, inspections, and performance reviews.
• Oversee day-to-day work zone setup, maintenance, and teardown.
