Qualifications

• High customer service experience preferred.

• Familiarity with MS Office and MS Outlook is necessary.
• Dispatch or call center experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate traffic management systems with minimal supervision.
• Monitor traffic incidents and dispatch responders accordingly.
• Coordinate resources with multiple agencies for incidents.
• Maintain knowledge of traffic equipment and systems.
