Job summary

RoadSafe Traffic Systems is the leading national provider of traffic safety services. We are seeking a Traffic Control Technician II for night shifts to set up lane closures, protect crews, and deliver safety devices to sites across the region.

The role requires a valid drivers license, DOT/compliance knowledge, and ability to work nights and weekends. Training in ATSSA TCT intermediate is preferred, with potential for growth within RoadSafeTraffic Systems.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
• DOT requirements compliance and safety equipment usage.
• Ability to read traffic control plans and implement plans on site.
• Open to statewide travel and night/weekend work as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and take down lane closures on highways and roadways.
• Operate MOT and TMA vehicles to protect workers and work zones.
• Place signs, cones, arrow boards, and other safety devices.
• Transport materials and equipment to job sites and perform shop maintenance.
• Follow safety rules and company procedures; work rotating on-call schedule.
