Flagger Force, LLC in Evansville, Indiana is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to help protect workers and the public in active work zones. You’ll be dispatched from home to job sites, enjoy flexibility, and contribute to safety every day.

This role offers advancement to Crew Leader in 30–90 days, paid training, company vehicle when promoted, benefits, and a path into leadership. Must be 18+, hold a valid license, and be ready for outdoor, physical work.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle required.
• MVR review verification.
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM).
• Physical endurance: stand 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles/day, lift 30–50 lbs.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, reliability.
• Steel-toe or composite-toe boots (≥6 in).
• Approved two-way radios.

Responsabilités

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
