Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Experienced Traffic Control Flaggers as Crew Leader Candidates in the United States. This role starts at $18.50 per hour and includes fast promotion to Crew Leader with paid training and a company vehicle after promotion.

Qualifications

• Accelerated training completed within the first 7 days of employment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Satisfactory driving record per MVR review.
• ATSSA or state traffic control certification preferred.
• Physical endurance – stand 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles, lift 30-50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in various conditions.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
• Steel-toe or composite-toe boots that lace above the ankles.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe, compliant work zones.
• Control traffic flow and ensure public safety.
• Support crew leaders with setup, client communication, and field reporting.
• Mentor new crew members and help drive site efficiency.
