Flagger Force is hiring Experienced Traffic Control Flaggers as Crew Leader Candidates to help protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones. The role offers fast advancement to Crew Leader with paid training and earnings at $18.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must complete accelerated training within first 7 days of employment.
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Satisfactory driving record as verified by MVR review.
• ATSSA or state certification preferred for traffic control flagging.
• Physical endurance to stand long hours and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe, compliant work zones.
• Control traffic flow and ensure public safety.
• Support crew leaders with setup, client communication, and field reporting.
• Mentor new crew members and help drive site efficiency.
