The role involves setting up signs, cones, and barricades while coordinating with motorists and team members to ensure safety and efficiency. Ideal candidates will hold a valid driver’s license, pass background and drug screening, and comply with DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug tests.
• Must comply with DOT requirements and wear safety gear.
• ATSSA Flagger training and company-sponsored Defensive Driver training preferred.
• Willingness to travel statewide and work nights/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic flow around construction sites and work zones.
• Set up traffic control signs, cones, and barricades.
• Communicate with motorists using signals and hand gestures.
• Operate radios for coordination with team.
• Stand for long periods and work outdoors in various weather.
