RoadSafe Traffic Systems is seeking a Traffic Control Flagger to direct traffic around construction sites and work zones. You will set up signs, cones, and barricades, use hand signals, and communicate with motorists to ensure safety.

The role requires outdoor work in varying weather, the ability to stand for long periods, and travel statewide with occasional overnight stays. A valid license and safety gear are required.

Qualifications

• Background check required, including motor vehicle records.
• Drug test and DOT requirements must be passed.
• Wear safety gear (boots, hard hat, safety glasses, safety vest).
• Ability to travel statewide with occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Set up signs, cones, and other traffic control devices to divert traffic.
• Effectively manage traffic flow with stop/slow paddles.
• Maintain clear communication with team using two-way radios.
• Stand/walk for extended periods and handle items over 50 pounds.
• Drive company vehicles to transport traffic control equipment to/from job sites.
