RoadSafe Traffic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Traffic Control Flagger II to direct traffic at construction sites, maintain safety, and support operations across multiple states. The role requires outdoor work, physical stamina, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check and motor vehicle records check.
• Must pass a drug test and meet DOT requirements.
• Wear safety equipment (boots, hard hat, safety glasses, vest).
• Ability to travel statewide and work nights/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up signs, cones, and barricades to divert traffic.
• Manage traffic flow with stop/slow paddles.
• Communicate with team via two-way radios.
• Stand and walk for extended periods; up to 10 hours daily.
• Drive company vehicles to transport equipment; perform basic vehicle inspections.
