RoadSafe Traffic Systems is seeking a Traffic Control Flagger to direct traffic around construction zones and work areas. You will set up signs, use hand signals, and ensure public safety while coordinating with contractors and teams.

Responsibilities include communicating via radios, standing for long periods, and traveling to job sites. The role is outdoors, weather-dependent, with DOT safety requirements to meet.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Background check and motor vehicle records check required.
• DOT requirements and safety training completed.

Responsibilities

• Set up signs, cones, and traffic devices to divert traffic.
• Control traffic flow with stop/slow paddles.
• Communicate with team via two-way radios.
• Stand/walk and perform duties up to 10 hours daily.
• Lift/carry/push/pull items over 50 pounds.
• Drive company vehicles to transport equipment.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and upkeep.
• Work outdoors in varying weather; exposure to fumes.
