RoadSafe Traffic Systems is seeking a Traffic Control Flagger to direct motorists through and around construction sites. This role requires standing for long periods, working outdoors in all weather, and using signs, cones, and paddles to manage traffic safely.

The ideal candidate holds a valid driver’s license, can pass background and drug checks, and meets DOT requirements. Training provided; travel statewide with occasional overnight stays and a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Background check (including MVR).
• Drug test and DOT requirements compliance.
• Wear safety equipment (boots with safety toe, hard hat, safety glasses, vest).
• Operate 2-way radio.
• Travel statewide; possible overnight stays.
• Rotate on-call schedule.

Responsabilités

• Set up signs, cones, and other traffic control devices to divert traffic.
• Manage traffic flow with stop/slow paddles.
• Communicate with team via two-way radios.
• Stand and walk for extended periods; lift over 50 pounds as needed.
• Drive company vehicles to transport equipment to job sites.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
• Work outdoors in varying weather and conditions.
