Job summary

RoadSafe Traffic Systems is seeking a Traffic Control Flagger II to direct traffic at construction and maintenance sites. You will set up and dismantle traffic control devices, communicate with motorists, and ensure worker and public safety in outdoor work zones.

The role requires outdoor work in varying weather, standing for long periods, and the ability to travel for projects with occasional overnight stays. A valid license and ATSSA/Defensive Driver training are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License; pass background check and drug test.
• ATSSA Flagger training completed.
• Defensive Driver training completed.

Responsibilities

• Set up signs, cones and devices to divert traffic around work areas.
• Direct traffic with stop/slow paddles and communicate with team via radios.
• Stand/walk for long periods outdoors and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Drive company vehicles to transport equipment to job sites; perform vehicle inspections.
