Job summary

RoadSafe Traffic Systems is seeking a Traffic Control Flagger to direct traffic around construction sites and work zones. You will set up signs, cones, and barricades and guide motorists with hand signals and radios. The job requires standing for long periods outdoors and working weekends when projects demand it.

A valid driver’s license, ability to pass DOT and background checks, and ATSSA Flagger training are required. A $5,000 sign-on bonus and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Must pass a criminal background check including MVR.
• Must successfully pass a Drug Test and meet DOT requirements.
• ATSSA Flagger training and company-sponsored Defensive Driver training completed.

Responsibilities

• Set up signs, cones, and barricades to divert traffic.
• Direct traffic using stop/slow paddles and maintain clear communication via radios.
• Stand and walk for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Travel to job sites and comply with safety policies.
