RoadSafe Traffic Systems is seeking a Traffic Control Flagger to direct traffic around construction sites and work zones. This non-exempt role involves outdoor work in varying weather, standing for long periods, and a strong focus on safety and clear signaling.

You will set up signs, cones, and barricades, manage traffic with stop/slow paddles, communicate via two-way radios, and coordinate with drivers and crews.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass background and drug checks.
• ATSSA Flagger training completed.
• DOT compliance knowledge and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Set up traffic control devices to divert traffic.
• Manage traffic flow with stop/slow paddles.
• Communicate with team using two-way radios.
• Stand and walk for long periods outdoors.
• Lift/move items over 50 pounds.
• Operate company vehicles to transport equipment.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections.
• Work in various weather and traffic conditions.
• Adhere to company policies and perform other duties.
