Flagger Force Traffic Control Services is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to guide traffic safely through active work zones. You will support Crew Leaders, set up and maintain safe work zones, and help protect motorists, pedestrians, and coworkers.

Ideal candidates are outdoor‑minded, enjoy teamwork, and seek a path into leadership. We offer in‑house training, advancement opportunities, and a focus on safety and growth across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Able to stand 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles daily, lift 30–50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
