Flagger Force Traffic Control Services is seeking Traffic Control Flaggers to help protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones. You will be dispatched from home to job sites to support safety in communities across the eastern United States.

As a Crew Member, you will set up and maintain safe work zones, control traffic flow, and collaborate with Crew Leaders to ensure efficiency. This role offers advancement, paid training, and practical leadership pathways within a

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle required.
• Employees must be able to drive themselves to and from job sites (ride-sharing or drop-offs not permitted).
• Satisfactory driving record that meets company vehicle driving requirements.
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM – late afternoon).
• Physical endurance – stand for 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles per day, lift up to 30-50 lbs, outdoor work.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
• Obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots (6" height).
• Approved two-way radios.

Responsabilités
