Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones. Flaggers are dispatched directly from home to job sites, offering safety-focused service and flexible scheduling.

Role provides hands-on traffic control experience outdoors, with teamwork and opportunities for rapid advancement into crew leadership, supported by paid training and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle required.
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM – late afternoon).
• Physical endurance – ability to stand for 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles per day, lift up to 30-50 lbs, and work outdoors in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands‑on experience in the traffic control industry.
