Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to help protect workers, drivers and pedestrians in active work zones. The role is dispatched from home to sites across the eastern United States, offering leadership pathways and comprehensive benefits.

In this essential, outdoor position you will guide traffic, support crew Leaders, and contribute to public safety while gaining hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Satisfactory driving record per company requirements.
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM).
• Physical endurance: stand 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles, lift 30–50 lbs.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork and reliability.
• Steel-toe or composite-toe boots (6 in height) required.
• Approved two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
