Job summary

Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to help protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones. Crews are dispatched from home to job sites across the eastern United States, with opportunities for rapid advancement through leadership roles.

The role offers weekly pay, a path to Crew Leader in 30–90 days, a $500 promotional bonus, paid in-house training, and comprehensive benefits. Community safety and professional growth are core priorities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Satisfactory driving record via MVR review.
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM).
• Physical endurance to stand 8–12 hours and lift 30–50 lbs.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
