Flagger Force is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to support safe, efficient work zones across the eastern United States. Crews are dispatched from home to sites, offering growth opportunities and a clear path to leadership roles.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable weekend/weekday availability. Training is provided in-house, with paid promotions and a promotional bonus program to boost earnings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver9s license and a reliable personal vehicle required.
• Availability Mondayriday (as early as 6AM)
• Physical endurance: stand 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles daily, lift 30-50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
