Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to guide traffic through work zones, ensuring safety for motorists and pedestrians. Crew Members are dispatched from home to sites across the eastern U.S., with opportunities for rapid advancement and paid in-house training.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to public safety, with a clear path from Crew Member to Crew Leader and beyond. Weekly pay is competitive, and a $500 promotional bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Satisfactory driving record (MVR review).
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM).
• Physical endurance: stand 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles, lift 30–50 lbs, work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
