Flagger Force Traffic Control Services is seeking Traffic Control Flaggers in Florida. This role involves setting up and maintaining safe work zones, controlling traffic flow, and supporting leadership on site.

You will help mentor new crew members and contribute to efficient operations in active work zones. Offering advancement opportunities to Crew Leader within 30–90 days, plus overtime, in-house training, and a comprehensive benefits package, this role emphasizes safety and professional

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Satisfactory driving record per company vehicle policy (MVR review).
• Approved Traffic Control Flagging Certification (ATSSA, State Certificate, etc.).
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6 AM).
• Physical endurance: stand 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles, lift 30–50 lbs in outdoor conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Support crew leaders with setup, client communication, and field reporting.
• Mentor new crew members and help drive site efficiency.
