Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to safely guide workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones across the eastern United States. The role offers hourly pay ranging from $16.50 to $18.50 with advancement opportunities into leadership after 30-90 days and paid, in-house training.

As a Crew Leader candidate, you will set up and maintain safe work zones, mentor new crew members, and support client communication and field reporting while enjoying a safety-focused culture

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required.
• Approved Traffic Control Flagging Certification (ATSSA, State Certificate, etc.).
• Availability Monday-Friday (as early as 6AM - late afternoon).
• Physical endurance - ability to stand for 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles per day, lift up to 30-50lbs, and work outdoors in various conditions.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.

Responsabilités

• Set up and maintain safe, compliant work zones.
• Control traffic flow and ensure public safety.
• Support crew leaders with setup, client communication, and field reporting.
• Mentor new crew members and help drive site efficiency.
