Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is hiring for a Traffic Safety Protector to work with a team at various job sites, ensuring safety and traffic management. No prior experience or degree is required as comprehensive training and support are provided.

You will set up traffic control devices, guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, and follow safety protocols learned during training. Shifts may include nights and weekends, outdoors in all weather, often 8–12 hours per shift.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds outdoors.
• Willingness to work around traffic and follow safety rules.
• Reliable, punctual, and respectful toward coworkers and the public.
• Able to pass pre-employment screening including a drug test.
