Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to join our field team in Michigan. You will help enforce traffic control and site safety with comprehensive training provided. No prior experience is required, and safety certification will be included.

Primary duties include setting up cones, signs, and barricades, guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles, and monitoring activity. Expect outdoor work in all weather, with safety gear, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.

Role Overview

As a Traffic Safety Protector, you will work with a team at job sites to ensure safety and proper traffic control.

No experience or degree is required as comprehensive training is provided.

Your responsibilities include setting up and taking down cones, signs, and barricades, guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles, and monitoring site activity.

You will follow safety protocols, communicate with team members, and maintain vehicles and equipment.

Working outdoors in all weather conditions, you may stand or walk for extended periods, sometimes in traffic or during emergency situations.

You will be equipped with safety gear and must bring steel-toe boots.

Flexibility in scheduling is necessary, and safety compliance is paramount.
