Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to join our team. Training and support are provided; no prior experience or degree is required to start.

You will manage traffic control at diverse job sites, set up signs and barriers, and maintain safety and equipment while working outdoors in various weather conditions. A flexible schedule and potential career advancement are offered.

Qualifications

Role Overview

As a Traffic Safety Protector, you will work with a team at various job sites, focusing on traffic management and safety. No experience or degree is required, as training and support are provided.

Your Key Responsibilities Include

• Setting up and taking down cones, signs, and barricades


• Using a stop/slow paddle to guide traffic and monitor site activity


• Following all safety protocols learned during training


• Communicating effectively with crew and supervisors


• Maintaining vehicles and equipment in a clean and safe condition


• Working outdoors in diverse weather conditions


• Performing physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting 40–50 pounds

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license


• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and lift heavy weights


• Willingness to work in traffic and varying weather conditions


• Flexible schedule and punctuality


• Ability to pass pre-hire screening and drug tests


• Alertness around moving traffic and respectful interaction with others

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay between $16.50–$17.25, with overtime and pay increases within the first year
