Coastal Elite Pro is hiring a Traffic Safety Protector to join our field team in Leesport, PA. No prior experience required as we provide comprehensive training. You will set up traffic control devices, guide traffic, and ensure safety at multiple sites with long hours outdoors.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, can lift 40–50 pounds, and adapt to all weather conditions. The role offers hourly pay, paid training, overtime, and opportunities for advancement within the company.

• Guiding traffic using stop/slow paddles and monitoring site activity

• Maintaining vehicles and equipment in a safe, clean condition
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions, potentially for long hours

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
