Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is hiring a Traffic Safety Protector to work at multiple job sites. Training is provided; no experience or degree required. You will set up cones, signs, and barricades, guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, and monitor site activity.

The role requires outdoor work year-round, with shifts including nights, weekends, or emergency hours. You will receive safety gear and must bring steel-toe boots. Benefits include paid training and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

Your daily duties include setting up cones, signs, and barricades, guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles, and monitoring site activity. You are responsible for following safety protocols, communicating effectively with team members and supervisors, and maintaining vehicles and equipment. The role involves working outdoors year-round in all weather conditions, with shifts that may include nights, weekends, or emergency hours. You will be equipped with safety gear such as a hard hat, goggles, vest, whistle, walkie-talkie, and weather-appropriate clothing, while bringing your own steel-toe boots.
