Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Warren, OH seeks an entry-level traffic control helper to work with a crew at job sites, setting up and dismantling cones, signs, and barricades, and guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles. You will communicate with teammates and follow safety protocols in various weather.

Job description

Role Overview

The position involves working safely with a team at job sites to manage traffic control. No prior experience or degree is required as comprehensive training is provided. Your responsibilities include setting up and dismantling cones, signs, and barricades, guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles, and monitoring site activity. You will communicate with team members, follow all safety protocols, and assist in maintaining clean and safe equipment. This outdoor role requires working in various weather conditions and potentially standing or walking for extended periods.

Compensation & Advancement

Hourly pay ranges from $17.65 to $19.50 with overtime opportunities.
