Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Protector to help keep traffic safe at outdoor job sites. You will set up cones, signs, and barricades, guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, and coordinate with a small team to maintain a secure work area.

You must follow safety protocols, communicate effectively with teammates, and be able to stand or walk for long periods in varying weather. The role includes training, potential overtime, and opportunities to advance to supervisory roles.

Formación

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds for long periods

Role Overview

As a Protector, you will work with a team to ensure traffic safety at job sites, setting up cones, signs, and barricades, and guiding traffic using stop/slow paddles.

Your responsibilities include following all safety protocols, communicating effectively with team members, and maintaining vehicles and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness.

This outdoor role requires working in various weather conditions and potentially standing or walking for extended periods.

Safety gear is provided, with the expectation to wear steel-toe safety boots.

Compensation & Opportunities

Pay: $17.65–$19.50/hour, with overtime and pay increases available.

Paid training and traffic safety certification are provided.
