Role Overview

The Protector is responsible for setting up traffic control devices, guiding traffic with paddles, and ensuring safety at job sites. No prior experience or degree is required as comprehensive training and support are provided. Key duties include installing cones, signs, and barricades, monitoring site activity, and maintaining equipment cleanliness. The role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, often standing or walking for extended periods, and may require working nights, weekends, or emergency shifts. Personal protective equipment such as a hard hat, goggles, vest, whistle, walkie-talkie, and weather gear are supplied; steel-toe boots are necessary.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay range: $16.25–$17.00, with overtime and potential increases
