Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to join our field team. This entry‑level role supports site operations by setting up traffic control devices, guiding vehicles, and maintaining safety standards. Training and safety certification are provided, with opportunities to advance within the union program.

The position involves outdoor work in all weather, potential night/weekend shifts, and lifting 40–50 pounds. A valid driver’s license is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and dismantling cones, signs, and barricades
• Using stop/slow paddles to guide traffic and monitor site activity
• Adhering to safety protocols taught during training
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
• Maintaining vehicle and equipment cleanliness and safety

The role requires outdoor work in all weather conditions, with shifts potentially including nights, weekends, or emergency situations. Physical stamina is necessary to stand or walk for extended periods and lift 40–50 pounds. A valid driver's license and the ability to follow safety rules are essential.
