Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Protector to join a crew at job sites, focusing on traffic safety and control. Training is provided, and no prior experience or degree is required.

You will set up cones, signs, and barricades, guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, monitor activity, and uphold safety protocols learned during training. The position operates outdoors in all weather, with opportunities for advancement.

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40-50 pounds; work outside for extended periods.

Qualifications Include

• Flexibility, punctuality, and alertness around moving traffic.
• Pass pre-hire screening, including drug testing.

Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $17.75 per hour, with overtime, pay increases, paid training, and safety certification.
