Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to manage traffic control at various job sites. No prior experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, directing traffic, and upholding safety standards while working outdoors. The role may involve nights, weekends, and shifts across weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift 40–50 pounds and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in traffic and various weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule with punctuality.
• Pass pre-hire screening including a drug test.
• Alertness around moving traffic and respectful conduct toward coworkers and the public.

Compensation And Benefits

• Hourly pay of $16.00-$16.75, with overtime and pay raises in the first year
