Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to manage traffic control at various job sites. No prior experience required as comprehensive training and support are provided. You will set up cones, signs, and barricades, guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, and monitor site activity.

Outdoor work in all weather is expected, with possibility of nights, weekends, or emergency shifts. Responsibilities include following safety procedures, communicating with the team, and maintaining

Role Overview

As a Traffic Safety Protector, you will work with a team at various job sites to manage traffic control and ensure safety. No prior experience or degree is required as comprehensive training and support are provided. Your primary responsibilities include setting up cones, signs, and barricades, guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles, and monitoring site activity. You will follow all safety procedures learned during training, communicate effectively with team members, and maintain vehicles and equipment in a safe, clean condition. Working outdoors in all weather conditions is expected, with shifts potentially including nights, weekends, or emergency work. You may stand or walk for extended periods, and lifting 40–50 pounds is necessary.

Compensation & Perks

$17.25–$18.00/hr, overtime, pay raises, paid training, and certification.
