Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to support traffic management at job sites. No prior experience or degree is required; training provided. You will set up cones, signs, and barricades, operate a stop/slow paddle, and monitor traffic and site activity.

Work is outdoors in all weather, often standing or walking for long hours. You must wear provided safety gear and steel toe boots, pass pre-hire screening, including a drug test, and be flexible for shift changes including

Role Overview

The position involves working as a Traffic Safety Protector, supporting traffic management at job sites without prior experience or degree requirements.

Your responsibilities include setting up cones, signs, and barricades, operating a stop/slow paddle, and monitoring traffic and site activity.

Adherence to safety protocols learned during training, effective communication with team members and supervisors, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment are essential.

Work is outdoors in all weather conditions, often standing or walking for extended hours.

The role requires wearing provided safety gear and bringing steel toe safety boots.

Flexibility for shift changes, including nights, weekends, or emergency work, is necessary.

Key Duties & Benefits

Compensation ranges from $17.65 to $19.50 per hour, with overtime, pay raises, paid training, and a traffic safety certificate.
