Coastal Elite Pro seeks a Traffic Safety Protector to manage traffic control at diverse sites. No prior experience required; full training and safety certification provided. You will set up cones and signs, guide vehicles, and follow safety protocols while supporting a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

The position involves working as a Traffic Safety Protector at various job sites, with no prior experience or degree required. Training and support are provided to ensure safety and career development.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Setting up and removing cones, signs, and barricades
• Using stop/slow paddles to direct traffic and monitor site activity
• Adhering to all safety protocols learned during training
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
• Maintaining vehicle and equipment safety and cleanliness
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions, with flexible shifts that may include nights, weekends, or emergency work
• Standing or walking for 8 to 12 hours per shift

Qualifications Include

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds for extended periods
• Willingness to work in traffic and various weather conditions
