Responsibilities

1. Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips, following ATSSA and DOT regulations.
2. Load and unload work zone equipment to and from the company vehicle.
3. Drive the company vehicle safely to and from job sites.
4. Complete all required paperwork promptly.
5. Wear and maintain proper PPE as per Wright policies.
6. Read and understand the Wright safety manual and employee handbook.
7. Report directly to a Field Supervisor.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
3. Reliable communication for work schedules.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to work in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
6. Pass a pre-employment drug screening and remain drug-free.
7. Ability to stand throughout the shift; hand and arm movements required.
8. Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform flagging duties.
