Traffic Control Flagger - Wright

Join us as a Traffic Control Flagger at Wright. We offer on-the-job training, weekly pay, overtime, and raises. No experience necessary for this entry-level position starting at $13.50/hr. Safety is our priority — done the WRIGHT WAY!

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips, following ATSSA and DOT regulations.
• Load and unload work zone equipment.
• Drive company vehicles safely to and from job sites.
• Complete all required paperwork promptly.
• Wear and maintain proper PPE as per Wright policies.
• Read and understand Wright safety manual and employee handbook.
• Report to a Field Supervisor and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable communication for work scheduling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, tolerating heat, cold, and rain.
• Pass a drug screening prior to employment and remain drug-free.
• Ability to stand for entire shifts, with hand and arm movement required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform flagging duties physically.
