Job Description

As a Traffic Control Flagger, your responsibilities include:

• Establishing and maintaining safe work zones with proper equipment.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure safety.
• Managing traffic flow using stop/slow paddles.
• Providing excellent service and safety to clients.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift 50-60 lbs.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic environments.
• Driving experience.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including a drug test, due to safety sensitivity.

Additional Information

• Competitive pay: $14.50 to $15.25/hour, with overtime and potential pay increases within the first year.
• Opportunities for rapid advancement to roles like Senior Protector, Lead Protector, Field Supervisor, or Manager.
• Paid training including ATSSA certification and defensive driving, with ongoing development.
