Job Title: Traffic Control Flagger at Wright

Responsibilities:

1. Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips, following ATSSA and DOT regulations.
2. Load and unload work zone equipment.
3. Safely operate company vehicles to and from job sites.
4. Complete all required paperwork promptly.
5. Wear and maintain PPE according to Wright policies.
6. Read and understand safety manuals and employee handbook.
7. Report to a Field Supervisor and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable communication for work scheduling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and tolerate heat, cold, and rain.
• Pass a drug screening before employment and remain drug-free.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift and perform hand and arm movements.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform flagging duties physically.
