Job Description: As a Traffic Control Flagger, your responsibilities include:

• Establishing and maintaining safe work zones with proper equipment.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure safety.
• Managing traffic flow with stop/slow paddles.
• Providing excellent service and protection to clients.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift 50-60 lbs.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Driving experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including drug tests, as this role is safety-sensitive.

Additional Information:

• Competitive pay: $14.50 to $15.25/hour, with overtime, and potential pay increases within the first year.
• Opportunities for rapid advancement, including potential progression to Senior Protector, Lead Protector, or supervisory roles.
