Coastal Elite Pro in Virginia is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to support traffic control at job sites. No prior experience or degree is required; comprehensive training provided.

You will work outdoors, stand or walk for long hours, wear provided safety gear, and may include nights or weekends. Paid training and a traffic safety certificate are provided, with overtime opportunities and growth paths.

Role Overview

The position involves working as a Traffic Safety Protector, assisting with traffic control at job sites. No prior experience or degree is required; comprehensive training is provided.

Your Key Responsibilities Include

• Setting up and taking down cones, signs, and barricades
• Guiding traffic using stop/slow paddles and monitoring site activity
• Adhering to all safety procedures learned during training
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
• Maintaining safety and cleanliness of vehicles and equipment

This role requires working outdoors in all weather conditions, with shifts potentially including nights, weekends, or emergency work. You may stand or walk for 8-12 hours per shift and must wear provided safety gear, bringing your own steel-toe boots.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay ranges from $17 to $17.75 per hour, with overtime opportunities and pay increases within the first year. Paid training and a traffic safety certificate are provided.
