Responsibilities include setting up cones, directing traffic with stop/slow paddles, following safety protocols, and working outdoors in diverse weather. A pre-hire screening and drug test are required; compensation starts at $17.00 per hour with overtime and benefits.

Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $17.75 hourly, with opportunities for overtime, pay increases, and benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, 401(k), and promotional advancement to supervisory roles.
