Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to work with a team at various job sites, ensuring safety and proper traffic control. Training is provided, no prior experience or degree required, with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities include setting up traffic control equipment, guiding traffic with a stop/slow paddle, and maintaining site safety. The role involves outdoors work in all weather, with some nights or weekends, and a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay ($19.50–$20.25), overtime, paid training, and opportunities for promotion to roles such as Senior or Lead Protector, Field Supervisor, or Manager.
