Qualifications

• Must be able to work full time and have 18+ years of age.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours in various weather conditions.
• Willing to pass a drug screen and have a valid driver's license.
• Traffic control/flagger certification provided by company at orientation.

Responsibilities

• Control vehicle and pedestrian traffic around work zones using handheld signs, paddles, or flags.
• Set up, maintain, and remove temporary traffic control work zones including signs, barricades, and cones.
• Communicate with drivers to provide guidance for safe traffic flow.
• Monitor traffic and construction activity for safety hazards.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members using signaling devices.
