Responsibilities

• Analysis and monitoring of the main KPIs;
• Design and manage VIP loyalty programs
• Oversee the management of high-value VIP clients, ensuring personalized and exceptional service.
• Mentor, and manage the VIP team
• Collaborate with the Product and Tech teams to develop tools and features that enhance the VIP experience.
• Explore new technologies (e.g., AI, CRM systems) to improve VIP management and personalization
• Organize exclusive events, physical gifts for VIP players.
• Coordinating with departments to improve VIP segment;

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in gaming industry;
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills;
• Data-driven and User-oriented approach is a must;
• Experience in team management;
• Knowledge of different CRM systems and experience in setting up the trial, and onboarding processes using them (Intercom, WA messengers,Customer.io )
• Experience and knowledge working with main KPIs such as Retention Rate, GGR, NGR, ARPU;
• Knowledge of analytical tools, excel. Ability to analyze, interpret, draw conclusions and implement solutions to a variety of complex issues;
